Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may exercise your right to return the goods in accordance with the return policy below.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The 14-day return period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item in your order.

If the final day of the return period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the return period will automatically extend to the next business day.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• The return request must be submitted within the 14-day return period.
• Items should be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible.
• You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund without undue delay.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
